What an awesome day here on our farm after a very productive Saturday!

We are so thankful that Thomas was able to get our first planting of sweet corn in the ground so it can enjoy this beautiful growing weather!

Tom decided to try something new and dribbled water on each of the rows of corn in the ground so that it could have a warm ‘first drink’! Our hope in doing this is that each seed will germinate closer to the same time as it gets cinched in the soil and has moisture readily available. This should give us a more even emergence resulting in an even better harvest!
