Well it’s that time of year where our fields are once again green and lush! Many have asked what we are growing? Once the sweet corn crop is harvested, we plant Tillage Radish on those same rows to help keep the soil structure in place through the fall, winter and spring. By the time next planting season rolls around it will have virtually disintegrated!
